Privacy policy

Version of 10.10.2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect on visionlighting.ua, why, how long we keep it and how you can control it. It follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and takes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account.

Data controller

What data we receive

• Contact details from forms: name, phone, e-mail, company, city or project.
• Request details: project type and area, comment, link to a plan, items in a quote request, configurator specification, requested files (datasheet, LDT).
• Technical data: IP address, date and time, the page the form was sent from, traffic source.
• Cookies: necessary ones without consent, analytics and advertising only with your consent. See the cookie policy.

We do not collect special categories of data and do not take payments on the site.

Purposes and legal basis

• To answer your request, prepare a quote, specification or calculation and send the files you asked for. Basis: your consent given with the checkbox in the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To send a confirmation e-mail with useful information about your request. Basis: your consent.
• To keep a record of requests in our CRM so the manager sees the history. Basis: legitimate interest.
• To analyse traffic, improve the site and measure advertising. Basis: your consent to the relevant cookies.
• To protect forms from spam and abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.

We do not send newsletters without separate consent.

Who receives the data

Only Vision Lighting staff handling your request see the data. We use these processors:

• the site hosting provider (servers in Ukraine);
• Google Workspace (e-mail), Google Analytics and Google Ads (only with cookie consent), Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC;
• Bitrix24 (CRM for requests).

Some of these services may store data outside Ukraine, including the EU and the USA, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their advertising. Authorities receive data only where the law expressly requires it.

Retention

• Requests and correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact if no contract is signed; if signed, for the period required by accounting law.
• Temporary files generated for an e-mail are deleted right after sending.

Your rights

You can know what data we process and why, access it, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent at any time, object to or restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

To use these rights write to info@vlu.com.ua. We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before the withdrawal. You can change cookie settings at any time: open cookie settings.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, only authorised staff can access the admin area and CRM, and forms are protected against automated submissions.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top.
