Delivery

We deliver across Ukraine. Delivery is not included in the product price and is paid at the carrier’s rate.

• In stock: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made to order: up to 7 business days.
• Projects with custom luminaires or large quantities: up to 1 month. The lead time is agreed before payment and stated in the invoice.

We ship by Nova Poshta to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your address. Pickup from our Kyiv warehouse is possible by arrangement with your manager. We send the waybill number after dispatch.

Check the contents and the packaging on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, record it at the carrier’s branch and let us know the same day.

Returns and exchange

Returns and exchanges follow the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

• Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused, with the original condition, packaging, contents and proof of payment preserved.
• Custom-made goods (non-standard length, RAL colour, special spectrum, project-specific configuration) of proper quality are not returnable.
• Goods with a manufacturing defect are replaced or repaired under warranty. The warranty period is stated in the product passport.
• Return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer. In a warranty case we pay shipping both ways.
• Refunds are made by the original payment method within 7 days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.

For legal entities, delivery, return and warranty terms are set by the contract or the invoice-contract.

To arrange a return, e-mail or call us with the order number and the reason. Your manager will send instructions and the warehouse address.
