Zolotyi Vik shops can be found in almost every shopping mall in Ukraine. For the shop in Bucha we designed lighting with Vision Lighting pendant luminaires.

A jewellery shop uses at least two types of light: overhead and accent. Each needs its own luminaires.

Light for the Zolotyi Vik jewellery displays

For jewellery counters, brightness and colour temperature matter most. The optimal light level for jewellery display cases is 1200-1600 lx with a 120° beam. Bright yet diffused light lets the shopper see a piece in fine detail. Luminaires in the display case are placed on the same side as the shopper.

Diamonds and silver look best in cool light of 6000-7000K, gold and yellowish stones in warm light up to 3500K, and platinum in soft neutral light. High colour rendering prevents mistakes with the shade of a stone, and even light leaves no display in shadow.

WIRE pendant luminaires on long cables at Zolotyi Vik

The Zolotyi Vik sales floor uses WIRE WSL60 pendant luminaires on long cables. The WIRE series suits accent lighting of products and, depending on the reflector, gives accent or flood light. The suspension cord lets you lower the luminaire to the right height, closer to the displays.
