A supermarket and café under one roof
The MIDA supermarket in Mykolaiv combines two spaces with different purposes: a 549 m² sales floor and a 100 m² café. We made a separate lighting design for each within one interior concept, from accent spotlights to atmospheric pendants.
The aim was a coherent space with clear zoning: enough light, function and no glare on the sales floor, and cosiness in the café. In total the supermarket runs on more than 270 fixtures.

Spotlights and lines on the sales floor
Accents on the shelving and displays come from white SHOOTER-L track spotlights with a 135 mm body, and general light from LINK linear lights of various lengths.
The main 3500K colour temperature gives correct colour rendering and enough light in the aisles and on the shelves. Fixtures at 3000K run along the perimeter, and above unpackaged food there are fixtures with food chips, LED modules with a special spectrum that makes products look more appetising.

A warm café in black
In the café, RAY-D linear lights give base light without harsh shadows. Accents come from SHOOTER-S 145 mm and SHOOTER-L 135 mm spotlights, and 220 mm WIRE-M pendants hang above the tables.
All café light is 3000K, and honeycomb louvres in the fixtures remove glare. Every fixture here is black, which further separates the seating area from the shopping area.
