Mastercard Lounge ONE at Kyiv South Station: Lounge Lighting

A lounge for rail passengers

Mastercard Lounge ONE at Kyiv South Station welcomes passengers waiting for their train. The space is split into an open seating area, a meeting room, restrooms and service rooms, and we created a separate lighting scene for each of them.

Spotlights in the open area

In the open area and the meeting room, the base light comes from 112 SHOOTER-S track spotlights with a warm 3000K colour temperature and CRI 90. They run on track under the open ceiling and light the furniture, tables and seating areas without glare for guests.

A scene for every zone

• Restrooms: PLATOS recessed lights, 3000K, CRI 90.
• Office area: the same PLATOS at 4000K above the staff desks.
• Service rooms: LINK linear lights for soft general light.
• Corridors: accent light from WIRE-S pendants for wayfinding.
• Damp rooms: dust- and waterproof DUST fixtures rated IP67.

The result is a stylish, warm and energy-efficient space for passengers, where rest, work and service zones are clearly separated by light.
