Kyivstar: customer service centre lighting

Kyivstar shops and customer service centres

Every second person in Ukraine is a Kyivstar customer and regularly visits its service centres. We are partners of the company and take part in lighting its new shops and service centres.

Our track spotlights work in the new Kyivstar service centres in Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro and Kharkiv.

Neutral white light and accents in a Kyivstar service centre

Gadgets and electronics look best in neutral white light, which brings out their high-tech feel and novelty. The hall needs comfortable general light, with accent light aimed at displays, counters and products without glare.

In busy spaces, light helps avoid crowding at the entrance, spreads shoppers evenly around the perimeter and shows where to go next: to the checkout, a manager or a display. A daylight effect encourages activity.

TurnL TRL93 track spotlights for Kyivstar shops

Together with Kyivstar’s specialists, we work out how many luminaires, and with what photometric performance, a new space needs. Most often we use the TurnL TRL93 LED track spotlight on single-circuit track.

The 30 W spotlight gives over 2800 lm, so it suits ceilings of 4 m and higher. Its CREE CXA light source gives colour rendering from 82 Ra (up to 95 Ra), and reflectors come with different beam angles. The aluminium housing dissipates heat well, service life is over 50,000 hours and the warranty is 3 years.
