A boutique of the largest perfume chain

BROCARD is Ukraine’s largest chain of perfume and cosmetics boutiques. For one of its stores in Kyiv the client chose BAND track lights: they fitted the design well, and their lighting performance met the brief.

Dramatic light with no flood light

The boutique is lit in a dramatic way. There is no general flood light on the floor: the only source is BAND track lights aimed at the displays and the central retail units. This scheme gives the boutique status, and products stand out and look more premium.

Why retail chooses track lighting

A track system consists of a busbar onto which spotlights are fixed with an adapter. Conductors inside the profile carry power along its full length, so a fixture can go anywhere on the run. The track is mounted directly to the ceiling or hung on cables.
